As of August 2009, the Eugene Gluten Intolerance Group has placed a copyright on their newsletters and when permission was requested to include them in the archive, they declined.

"At this time, we prefer not to give permission for reprinting our newsletters since we are thinking about setting up our own website and putting them on it. Since all of our members receive them each month, they do have ready access to them and can store them on their own computers if they wish to save the information."

We are more than willing to include them in the future, if they so desire.
